Welcome to Aqua Vardhan. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aqua Vardhan mobile application ("App"), website, and related services, collectively referred to as the "Platform".

By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Aqua Vardhan

Aqua Vardhan is a digital platform designed to connect aquaculture farmers and traders by providing:

Live aquaculture market prices
Farmer and trader networking
Demand and supply requirement posting
Market information and updates

Aqua Vardhan acts only as a technology platform and is not a buyer, seller, broker, or agent in any transaction between users.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate registration information.
Register using a valid email or mobile number.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Registration

Users must register using OTP verification. Two categories of users are available:

Farmer
Trader

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

4. Trader Verification

Traders may be required to submit business-related information and supporting documents for verification.

Aqua Vardhan reserves the right to:

Approve or reject applications
Request additional documentation
Suspend or terminate trader accounts providing inaccurate or misleading information

Verification does not guarantee the authenticity or financial credibility of any trader.

5. Market Price Information

The Platform displays live and historical market prices for aquaculture products. While every effort is made to provide accurate information:

Prices are indicative only.
Prices may vary depending on location, quality, quantity, and market conditions.
Aqua Vardhan does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of pricing information.
Users should independently verify market prices before entering into any transaction.

6. User Content

Users may post:

Product availability
Buying requirements
Business information
Profile details

Users agree that:

Information submitted is accurate.
Content does not violate any law.
Content does not infringe third-party rights.
Content is not misleading, offensive, fraudulent, or defamatory.

Aqua Vardhan reserves the right to remove any content without prior notice.

7. Communication Between Users

The Platform allows farmers and traders to connect with one another. Aqua Vardhan:

Does not participate in negotiations.
Does not guarantee successful transactions.
Is not responsible for agreements between users.
Does not verify product quality, quantity, or payment arrangements.

All commercial transactions are solely between the respective users.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Provide false information.
Impersonate another individual or business.
Upload fake documents.
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Post spam or misleading advertisements.
Interfere with system security or operations.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including logos, graphics, software, databases, designs, text, and icons, are the intellectual property of Aqua Vardhan or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services, including:

OTP service providers
Push notification services
Cloud hosting providers

Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aqua Vardhan makes no warranties regarding:

Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Accuracy of listings
Successful business outcomes

Users assume all risks associated with using the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqua Vardhan shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Transaction disputes
Product quality issues
Indirect or consequential damages

The Platform merely facilitates communication between users.

13. Suspension or Termination

Aqua Vardhan reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Submission of false documents
Abuse of the Platform
Illegal conduct

14. Updates to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with the revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Odisha, India.
